Dear Artur
I need your help please
I bought a Opel X16XEL engine with ECU to replace my old one.
Unfornuatily the problem is that the seller says that he doesen't have the right immo for this ECU
so is there any ways out to solve this problem
is that possible to attach a new immo? 
I have some equipment including Autoscanner Opel can and some professional programmers

You need to do so called "Immo Programming" to the engine ECU.
Most likely, this will be included in the Pro version.

I can define login for new immo what else do I need to attach new immo to my ECU?

what else can replace that I have heard two other options available
1. campare the VIN of both mean Immo and ECU
2. copy the flesh memory of ECU for cars manufactured between 1993-94 with immo off
what do you think about it

I did it other way. I just wrote the engine code incorrectly.
in fact the engine code is : X16SZ not X16XEL
Now my car starts normaly without immo.

Do You have Flash memory dump with immo OFF for X16SZ?
