Hi,
Is it possible to activate the engine remote Start on Insignia B ?
Keyless Remotes that have the remote Button, are availed at AliExpress.

What Kind of Software is it?
I have OS Can and CanPro.

Is it possible at Insignia A too?

It needs to be reflashed with special files using Opel SPS.
