Unable to connect to Device

Just bought a Acer Aspire  Notebook [easy to carry] will not connect ???

Comes with Windows 7 32 bit  starter version.

Get this

This Code Requires  Valid Serial No
Program will be terminated

Any help please????

You just need to register your software. Search on the forum, there is a lot of info on it.

Get USB not ready. No red light on Scanner. Plug -into laptop get red light on scanner.
Other Usb devices ok on note book.

Make sure driver installed properly. This is your notebook issue.
