Opel astra g trouble code 72?

does anyone knows what trouble code 72 could be?
It says:Driver side airbag sensor mailfunction

Where is the driver side airbag sensor located?is it the slip ring?steering wheel airbag?seat airbag?

Are you mechanic? Air bag sensor, not airbag. To undestand where it is, you need to read corresponding article in TIS2000.
In the front door in fact.
Next time please, try to do it yourself.

I have changed the crash sensor in the front door,no good.

i have now ordered a used airbag module.

can it be a cable problem from the airbag module to the steering wheel squib?

It could be a cable problem between the driver's door and A-pillar.
Check that there are no broken wires.
