Vectra A Security code

Hello
I have a 1995 Vectra A C18NZ that does not accept key any more. Need to program immo system for the key, but I do not have the security code. I have ectracted the HEX bin file with opelscanner from ECU but I dont know where in the file thesecurity code is. Anyone know on what address the code is located?

Its from the cars main ecu.. Is that not supposed to contain the security code also?

Ok, I dont think I can dump anything else with opelscanner. Where can I get the code then?
