How long does a bugfix take?

Futurama:
How fast will a bug be fixed. I had a problem with my original OP-COM in the past. A bug caused a wrong programming on my corsa-d and i was waiting 3 month for a bugfix.

Will you be able todo a better support? I'm thinking of buying a opelscanner instead.
