My log file is just trash

OpelScanner 1.0.2.1. I cannot connect with ECU (Corsa C 2002 1.4 Z14XE). How can I read the log file (*.asl)? When I open it in notepad, I see only some trash.

This is not trash, it is just encoded file.
Why you need to see the log file?
