Problem with Opelscanner

Hello everybody
I have Opelscanner program, version 169. If I connect with ECU (Astra 2, engine Z16XE, 2003 year) are not displayed: Repair Shop Code Or Tester Serial Number and Programming Date (YYYYMMDD). Where is the problem ? I attached screen.

Thank you for your answer. I have another questions yet. Could you explain me what does it mean the following values:
1. B1 Long Term Fuel Trim
2. B1 Short Term Fuel Trim
3. Idle Speed Offset
4. Ignition Dwell Angle
5. Total Misfire
6. Dec. Fuel Cutoff
7. Security Wait Time
and can I check the following values using opelscanner: ?
1. Crankshaft position sensor
2. Camshaft sensor
3. Flowmeter
4. Knock sensor
