got a warning light code p0170 long term fuel trim out of parameter. any help on this problem would be much appreciated thanks. its driving me mad

Hi,

Attached the very good article on fuel trim. It is related to BMW, but the idea is the same for all cars.

The article is quite interesting, but now i need to figure out how I can compute the fuel trim for my car (Astra H, Z18XE engine). Any ideeas?
