Title: Problem installing Opel Scanner on a new device.

Hello.

The problem is that i've copied the old .exe file from the old pc and installed the x64 drivers from opel-scanner.com/downloads and still doesn't work. I receive this warning: USB Adapter is not ready.

On the old pc i had windows xp and now i am trying to install on windows 10 x64.
