Hi All,
What is the different between Astra H and Vectra C  Z16XEP ECU ,Can we flash Astra to  Vectra ?,and if we can ,how?

ECU is the same, but you need to load correct software for each model.

Yes, flasher can do that. Module 5 - MT35E.
