Title: USB Adaptor not ready

Hi guys, This is my first of many posts I hope, I have just purchased the OpelscannerPro and am having trouble getting the drivers working. When I open Opelscanner and pick the year model and so on, when I go and click on "start" it comes up with an error message saying "USB adaptor not ready". I have been in contact with Gareth but im in Australia and he is in the UK so I cant take my computer to him to fix it. I hope someone can help me, Im looking forward to getting it working. Im sure its something im doing to wrong :(

Hi guy's, I have got the OpelscannerPro working finally, Thanks Gareth for all your help and patience.

I need a little help still tho, I tried to find and retrieve the immobiliser 4 digit security code but couldn't work it out, can someone tell me if I get it from the engine section or the immobiliser section????
