What do you mean by validity?

Car :  1994 corsa b 1.2     with ECU/ECM Opel GM 16163409

I have connector with 10 pins like the one in the picture

aldl k-line on opelscaner interface is on 12v . Conected to "G"
When i try to connect to ecu {  engine } opelscaner softwere  try to "Conect..." and then returns "Not Conected " without errors !

Aldl connector on pin G from the car is 12mV

It looks like ecu does not wake up

Paper Clip test  Pin A and pin B  is working well !
I try to conect pin a and pin b with a 10k resistor but opelscaner refuse to connect !
