Post by: Artur on November 09, 2007, 16:42:12: [rus]В версии 1.0.1.67 была добавлена данная функция. Хотелось бы на ней остановиться подробнее.

Как известно, на Вектре Б для того чтобы закрыть открытые окна (поднять стекла) надо повернуть ключ в замке двери и держать его в этом положении некоторое время, пока стекла не поднимутся. Процедура не очень удобная, особенно летом. ;)
Новая функция комфортного закрывания поможет сделать этот процесс несколько удобнее.

Активизация функции происходит систему CDLS, и далее через вкладку "Control ECU4". Выбираете пункт "Act./Deact. Comfort Window Closing", и далее в окне справа вводите значение 1 - если хотите активировать эту функцию, или 0 - если хотите отключить (деактивировать) ее. Далее нажать на кнопку Save!.

После активации открытые окна уже можно будет закрывать, используя дистанционный ключ.
Процедура закрытия будет следующая:
- запираете центральный замок дистанционным ключом, кратковременно нажав на кнопку "Lock" ("Запереть")
- если необходимо также и закрыть окна (другими словами - поднять стекла), то необходимо нажать и держать нажатой кнопку "Lock" на дистанционном ключе. Стекла будут подниматься, пока кнопка остается нажатой. 8)

Функция работает на модели "Vectra B" начиная с 1998 года выпуска. Скришот приложен.[/rus][eng]In the 1.0.1.67 version above mentioned function has been added. Here are some details on it.
As you may know, the in order to close windows on Vectra B the key must be turned in the lock and hold in that position until windows closed. Not very convinient procedure... The new added function will make this process a bit easier.

The activation routine is following:
- get connected to CDLS
- open "Control ECU4" tab
- select the "Act./Deact. Comfort Window Closing" item and enter 1 if you want to activate, or 0 if you want to deactivate number in the box next to the list
- press Save! button

After activation the windows can be closed using remote key. The closing procedure can be following:
- press once "Lock" button on the remote key to lock the vehicle
- press and hold "Lock" button. The windows will start to close, as long as the button kept pressed

So far that that function implemented for Vectra B MY98+ only. Screenshot attached.[/eng]

So far no news... There are many issues to add this feature to other central lock ECUs... :(

So is it possible to activate closing of the windows via the remote key with opelscanner on a facelift Vectra B, year 2001, engine Z18XE ?
Ability to activate this function is the main reason I will buy opelscanner so I need to be sure it can be done on my car!
Currently the windows can be closed my turning the key in the lock.

Ah ok, thank you for the reply.

Off topic but, I tried to turn the radio display off on my MID today but it just fails every time. Stupidly I forgot to turn logging on though. Do you need logs to determin the cause or is there something silly I might've done?
