Take a look at parameters you have listed.
11 engine speed 715 - this means engine idling

6 calculated pedal position 0% - normal

9 calculated throttle position - 0%   HAW it can be ? Engine is idling it means that throttle can't be fully closed.

It can be problem with adaption of throttle or problem with internal position sensor  or ECU problem

First of all you need to turn on ignition and wait  after some time approximately 30-40 sec. you would hear click clack sound and if you look at trottle at this time it would make some moving and returns back = adaption is done.
After this you can check once again for data and error status.

Or may be you have very large amount of non calculated air from any hole ....
