Title: ELM327
Post by: Alien1 on June 16, 2014, 16:37:29
Well. That was a waste of £5. Got ELM327 V1.4 from ebay. Soldered wires to pins 3,7 & 12.
Phone has paired with device but will not connect.
Any suggestions? ???

Send logs, will check. Did try to connect to engine without soldering together pins?

Cant send any logs  as phone wont connect to ELM so cant start app.
BTW. Phone is Samsung 4 mini and have only downloaded the light app so i can confirm all is working before buying full app.

Artur.
Just a thought, will this app work with an Opcom scanner, the type that plugs into your device using a usb lead.
Thanks.

No, it won't. It is designed for ELM327 only.
