Have a Problem with my Opelscanner
« on: September 09, 2007, 08:12:39 »
Hi, my Problem is the following:
I only had one connection to an ECU, that was it, never again :(
what should it be?

wire-connection?
computer to old?

maybe someone of you can give me an wiringsupport to the older ALDL-OBD ....

I used it so :

DB-9 ......... OBD2

1 ------->K-Line 12
2 ------->K-Line 7
3 ------->K-Line 3
4 ------->+12v 16
5 ------->+12v 16
6
7 ------->K-Line 8
8 ------->-12v 4
9 ------->-12v 5

ALDL: A          -----> 8 and 9  DB-9
        G,          ----->2            (or 1,2,3, and 7 ????)
        F           -----> 4 and 5.

the computer is an older 166Mhz with Win98 (should that be the problem)

Regards, Dennis

Please answer in English or German please, the other I couldn?t understand :D

Dear Dennis,

That ID was cloned and no support will be given to clone owner.
I'm so sorry for that.  :'(

You can ask your seller for technical support. Lets see what he will answer. Also interesting, how he will be able to provide you with software updates.

By the way - the program will not work under Win98.
