Hi,
today i got my new Insignia (09/2015, so facelift) and tried to connect it to my computer to check for errorcodes etc.
The interface is registered and updated to the current firmware. If i plug it into my PC and then into the car the LED colors change from green/yellow to only red. The software says not connected. Even if i choose the ECU it wont connect. To be honest this is the first time i am trying OpelScanner so i have no experience yet. I tried with engine cycling, engine off, everything. Any ideas what could help connecting the pc to the car?
