I just buy AutoScanner for Opel Advanced and get in on CD version 1.0.2.1 what is the newlatest version right now ?
And where i can download newlatest version of this software?

No, I dont think so. This is cracked version and you bought it from pirates, so no updates for it.

We dont sell anything on Ebay. The original costs 250 USD.

I think price is very expensive. On ebay price is reachable and normal, because cost price for this device is very cheaper. 1pcs Tini 2313 is -1 USD and FT232RL is 2 usd. All items not reach 5 usd. Excuse me but it is my personal think.

1. I think, you are not right (your ebay link does not work, by the way). The kit consists of 2 two parts, software and hardware. Whilst the hardware part can be cheap, the software license can be much more expensive. Actually, this is the problem you are having right now - you found some hardware and can not get proper software for it.
2. We do not sell that type of interface since 2009. Right now we sell much more advanced interface with BT support, all CAN bus support for all current Opel and GM vehicles. The mentioned price was for that interface and the software license for it.
If you want to see, how it works, you can go to Karen from Aparan service, he is old user of all our devices.

As for board, cant help with this. Sorry, but I don't see any point to disassemble interface, spend my precious time, just for someones interest. You can buy and then check what is inside.

When you buy smartphone, you always ask seller to open the phone, to see what is inside for interest?

I have no service it is only for my use. It will cost very cheaper. For me it quite satisfied.
If it is not hard to answer someone, can you tell me, will it read car_pass(Pin code) of car OPEL astra g 2001 Z16SE?

How many time you used Nerro, Winrar e.t.c. Have you paid at least once, the NERRO is license program but, on the net there is many crack version of it. Аnd there are many program with keygen like above. when you used cracked version some program, in your opinion, do you go to the wrong way?
