BMW scanner won't connect

I try to diagnose BMW 740 my-94.
Only ECU:s which I got into was ABS and Airbag.
Why can't I got to other ones (engine,instrument cluster,central body electonics,etc)

What does the tune parameters 1,2,3 do the communication.
If man change these parameters is it possible get into car if man otherwise can't

Where can I find motor 750i (E38) in BMW scanner?
