After replacing the engine, the car goes into "limp mode" with no turbo pressure.
Replacing the units : EGR / Boost Pressure Valve / Airflow meeter, has no effect on the problem.

Trouble Codes:
P0100 Mass Or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input Intermittent
P0243 Boost Pressure Valve Low Voltage Intermittent
P0400 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Circuit Low Voltage Intermittent

Also as you can see from details of diagnostic - you have another 2 problems but (i can't undestand why) without cjdes related.
The air temperature and the coolant temperature is - 40.
May be it's good idea to check connectors on fuel pump (i no it's hard but...) and to check fuses fe15 and fe 7 in the underhood center.
If everything is OK it means that you have problem with ECU (fuel pump) it was changed with engine or not?

The pump is the original from the car to avoid programing issuses.
I'll check the fuses and pump connections.

Looks like it was 3 broken pins on the pump ecu connector.
It's easy to crush the pins while attaching the cable.

Of course, i have several such situations in my practice that's why i told about connectors check.
The construction of connector and it's lock is not ideal.  The possibility of pin crash depends of number of pins in connector - for example in old (1998-2000) x16xel ECUs scuh problem is almost impossible.

1 broken pin, attached a new one.
The other pins was easy to bend back.

And very often on the socket faced to the engine chain -
to all be aware it can result very strong problems.
As anyone can see in this case to make this foto and repair just 2-3 pins it was neccessary to remove pump completely and to remove control mudule from the pump - it was at least 4 hours.
So everyone please use this info for your protection against such mistakes.
